All sales are final — returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. Transparency is important to us; within each item listing, there are detailed descriptions unique to each garment and accessory. Please make sure to read item descriptions before placing an order.

If you have any questions regarding a specific garment, please contact us at bonjour@sororitevintage.com before placing an order, as all sales are final.

Please note that e-gift cards are non-refundable.

Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage, pre-loved, and reworked garments and accessories. The garments and accessories in our shoppe all come with their own unique, special history. All items hand-picked and reworked by sororité are carefully inspected and are high quality pieces that have stood the test of time.

Please note that if you do request a cancellation for your order or if it is refused by the intended receiver, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. For international orders, please note that the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of the order, is used in the refund.

Please note that sororité is not responsible for improper jewelry, clothing, shoe, and accessory care.
