The sororité Private Collection is available to select stylists and fashion industry professionals for use in editorials and photoshoots, red carpet events, and other events and appearances.

WHAT IS AVAILABLE IN THE SORORITÉ PRIVATE COLLECTION?

New garments and accessories are added weekly to the sororité Private Collection. Current designer styles include archival Azzedine Alaïa, Chanel, Chloé, Christian Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Givenchy, Gucci, Jean Paul Gaultier, John Galliano, Issey Miyake, Thierry Mugler, Valentino, Versace, Yves Saint Laurent, & more.

Our highly sought-after antique and vintage designer lingerie styles dating back to the 1800’s are also featured in the sororité Private Collection.

HOW CAN STYLISTS PULL FROM THE SORORITÉ PRIVATE COLLECTION?

Please e-mail bonjour@sororitevintage.com with your pull request details including client, editorial/event, pull date, return date, and other relevant details for access to our online Private Collection showroom. If a pull request does not contain this information, it will automatically be denied.

Once approved, access to the online sororité Private Collection showroom will be granted via a private link.

HOW LONG CAN STYLISTS KEEP PIECES AND EDITS FROM THE SORORITÉ PRIVATE COLLECTION?

Stylists are required to return edits within 48 hours of the initial pull pickup date. Stylists are allowed to keep the confirmed pieces for up to 7 days after the initial pull pickup date.

Pickups and returns are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 A.M. PST - 2:00 P.M. PST.

Due to the high demand for the styles in the sororité Private Collection, stylists will be charged a $50 per day late fee until pieces are returned. For accommodations or if a delay in the return process occurs, please contact bonjour@sororitevintage.com prior to the initial agreed-upon return date. Please note that not all extensions will be approved.

Please note that sororité reserves the right to charge full retail price for lost, damaged, or unreturned items.

WHAT ARE THE SORORITÉ PRIVATE COLLECTION PULL FEES?

The sororité Private Collection Pull Fee is $300. There is an additional non-refundable 10% Restocking fee applied. Please note that the Private Collection Pull Fee and Restocking fee must be paid before the items are picked up from the sororité studio. A link to pay for the Private Collection Pull Fee and Restocking Fee alongside a credit card authorization form will be sent to the stylist.

Stylists can take up to 10 pieces from the Private Collection per pull request. Please note that there is one pull fee per client. If a stylist is pulling for multiple clients, they will need to create separate pull requests for each client.

ARE ANY OF THE SORORITÉ PRIVATE COLLECTION PIECES FOR SALE?

Select pieces in the sororité Private Collection are available for purchase. Please contact us regarding an item’s purchase availability if a client is interested in purchasing. If a client decides to purchase a piece, the Private Collection $300 Pull Fee will be applied towards the purchase of the piece. Items marked “PULL ONLY” are not for sale.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR EDITORIAL CREDITS AND EDITORIAL FEES?

We require editorial credit if a piece from sororité is featured in an editorial. Please credit the item(s) as being from “sororité.” wherever the items are featured. For certain editorials, sororité may waive pull fees on a case-by-case basis. Please contact bonjour@sororitevintage.com for more information.

ARE ALTERATIONS AND/OR DRY CLEANING ALLOWED? WHAT HAPPENS IF A STYLIST OR CLIENT DAMAGES A PIECE?

Please note that dry cleaning, safety pinning, altering, etc. is not permitted unless an item is purchased at full retail price. Please contact bonjour@sororitevintage.com if a stylist or client is interested in purchasing an item for pre-approval.

By accessing and pulling from the sororité Private Collection, the stylist is agreeing to take full responsibility for the care of the items pulled.

Please note that items marked “Not For Sale” and “Pull Only” are not available for purchase. If a “Not For Sale” item is not returned or altered, the stylist will be charged the full retail price plus an additional 50% of the item cost.
