SHIPPING POLICY (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL)
All shipping costs are calculated based on each garment’s destination and weight.
Orders can take 1-5 business days to process and ship (excluding weekends and holidays).
We offer several shipping services, which include:
Standard Shipping + Tracking: 3-5 business days
Priority Shipping + Tracking: 2-3 business days
First Class International Shipping + Tracking: Usually 2-4 weeks, however this can vary due to customs, country, and mail courier.
Priority International Shipping + Tracking: 6-10 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information and a confirmation of shipment. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct information (e-mail and address) in their order as the order will be shipped to the address provided. sororité is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to providing an incorrect address.
sororité is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged mail. We take great care in packaging every single one of your items so that it does not damage during shipping. If you believe that your package is lost or has been stolen, please contact USPS or your local mail provider.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. Transparency is important to us; within each item listing, there are detailed descriptions unique to each garment. Please make sure to read item descriptions before ordering.
If a promotional code is being offered in our shop, please be sure to apply the code before placing your order. Unfortunately we are unable to apply any promotional codes after an order is submitted.
Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage, pre-loved clothing. We believe that this is what makes vintage pieces special — the fact that each garment has a history and has gone on its own unique journey. All items hand-picked by sororité are carefully inspected and are high quality pieces that have stood the test of time.
